{Man's Best Friend}

On New Years Day I had the opportunity to photograph a young man named J.R. and his 12 year old dog named Sam.  It was a challenging photo shoot because Sam is deaf and couldn't hear us when we were trying to get her attention to look toward the camera.  It was an obstacle for all of us, but she did her own thing and that helped to bring out her personality.  After a short time she opened up, forgot her age, and began running around like a puppy again.  I had a blast photographing the relationship that J.R. and Sam have, and I hope that these photographs will serve as a reminder of that friendship and Sam's spunky spirit for years to come. 

{Merry Christmas}

Christmas is my favorite time of the year.  Every year I go to Helena with my boyfriend Kurt and spend Christmas with his family.  There is always a mixture of chaos and relaxation during the holidays at his parents house.  This is because Kurt has two older sisters, Michele and Jamie, and three nieces, Austyn, Ashleigh, and Abby, and one nephew, Ryan.  He also has four younger cousins, both sets of grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles, and family friends that all come up for Christmas Eve.  It gets pretty crazy, but I wouldn't change it for the world.  I wouldn't be who I am today without the love and support of Kurt and his family.  I'm so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life!  Here is a glimpse of the kids during the Christmas chaos...Enjoy!!!

Meet Ryan.  This is Kurt's Nephew.  He's almost four years old and currently the only boy in the family besides Kurt.  Don't let the innocent look fool you!

{Simple Elegance::McCall & Peter}

McCall & Peter were married in August of 2007 at The Woodlands.  Their wedding was simple, elegant, and full of fun, beautiful people.  I had so much fun capturing the love these two have for each other, and also photographing their loving family and friends.

Meet Chantall.  She's a senior at Bozeman High and also a good friend of mine.  I also know her aunt and uncle...their wedding was the first wedding I ever photographed!  She is beautiful and and I had a blast photographing her.  Thanks Chantall!
